[PATCH] PING libstdc++: Remove local _Unwind_Word and _Unwind_Sword uses

Hi,

could a libstdc++ maintainer please have a look at:
http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/gcc-patches/2007-01/msg01779.html

This is one third of a patch trying to reduce the uses
of the _Unwind_Word and _Unwind_Sword uses in the unwinder
code.  I've two approvals so far lacking one for the libstdc++ 
bits.
