Hi,
this is the first part of the work, about std::fill and std::fill_n: I'm
simply closely following the example of std::copy, adding a first step
to reach the bare pointer of __normal_iterator, thus enabling the
specialized algorithms exploiting memset/wmemset (for char, unsigned
char, signed char, and now wchar_t too) also for string::iterators and
vector::iterators.
Tested x86-linux.
Paolo.
