enable __mt_alloc?

Just pass |--enable-libstdcxx-allocator=mt at build time. Those options
are described here:

    http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/libstdc++/configopts.html

By the way, the version delivered with gcc4.0.0 is much more mature and
stable.
