Testsuite additions

I enclose 4 files. Firstly the major file, testsuite_wrappers.h , is an
attempt to produce a wrapper which takes an array of some type and
produces a forward, bidirectional or random_access iterator based upon
the input type. I have attempted to have these exactly satisfy the
requirements of the c++ standard, but it wouldn't suprise me if I've
slightly slipped up somewhere.

To demonstrate these, I enclose tests for 3 functions in <algorithm>,
which attempt to test coverage of the library functions.

It should be noted that these all pass, however the reason I submit
these 3 is because in the near future I intend to try submitting patches
to these which improve performance (and in the case of std::reverse,
perhaps standards compliance).

Do these seem reasonable to people at first glance? I would quite like,
and don't think it would hurt to have, a set of similar tests for
complience of the various algorithms, so intend to continue writing
similar things, through which hopefully any bugs in testsuite_wrappers
will get shaken out.
