[Patch] Rewrite __copy_backward/__copy_backward_aux, etc...

Hi,

finally, I got around to actually tweak and test this code from
Gaby:

  http://gcc.gnu.org/ml/libstdc++/2003-09/msg00182.html

Everything proceeded rather smoothly: only, we were missing a
little bit of cpp_type_traits infrastructure.

The testcases are identical besides the type of the container to
test each one of the __copy_backward specializations (array ->
primary, deque -> <*, random_access_iterator_tag>, list -> <true,
random_access_iterator_tag>)

Of course this is only the beginning...

Tested x86-linux.
