[RFC] Anyone already working on moneypunct caching?

Hi everyone, hi Benjamin,

yesterday, while adding the new members to __numpunct_cache
it occurred to me that:

 1- The same should be consistently done for __moneypunct_cache.
 
 2- More generally, we have ready the __moneypunct_cache
    but it's still completely unused!

So... Is anyone working on that? Otherwise, I will!!
