Well, the current include/ext directory seems suited, isn't it? And the 
namespace,
you already selected the name. You (the committee, I mean ;) even 
managed to choose
for the new headers names not interfering with the pre-existing ones.

What about starting with include/ext/unordered_set and 
include/ext/unordered_map?
I can even imagine an eminent contributor ;) ...

Seriously, I'm interested in humbly helping with the new containers.
