Broken WWW Links for libstdc++-v3

The link from http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/ labelled "libstdc++-v3
Documentation" is broken.

The links that appear when compiling the library do not exist.

    before proceeding with make.

I cannot determine the correct links.
