How to install $(prefix)/include files ?

Hi!

> cd /home/bruno/bld-egcs
> make all-target-libstdc++-v3
ok
> make install-target-libstdc++-v3

does only
  /bin/sh ../egcs/mkinstalldirs /usr/local /usr/local
my /usr/local/include/g++-v3 is still empty.

> make check-target-libstdc++-v3

does nothing visible.

Thats true for CVS egcs+libstdc++-v3
