snapshot 9: cannot find install-sh or install.sh

 On downloading the latest snapshot and trying to configure on my linux box
 I get the following error.
 
 configure: error: can not find install-sh or install.sh in ..
 ../libstdc++-2.90.8/..
 
 On closer inspection there is noe install-sh in the libstdc++-2.90.8
 directory. Am I meant to get this from somewhere else or is it missing
 from the snapshot.
