[PATCH] hppa: Restore nptl/shlib-versions.

On 2012-01-07 the nptl/shlib-versions file removed the hppa entry.
This restores that entry in the hppa ports tree.

This fixes item (w) on Joseph's list of bugs found with the hppa port.
