[BUG] mips: bits/stdio_lim.h missing

Hi, 

in ports -cvs (tested with snapshot from 2006-07-25) there is no
bits/stdio_lim.h for mips, which results in gcc breakage. As I didn't
find a bugzilla entry, is this a known issue?
