Please, remove execution flags from the file

    localedata/locales/bi_VU

These execution flags were found by the command in
https://github.com/PanderMusubi/locale-en-nl/blob/master/analysis/2-execution-flags.sh

This command also reports that the file

    timezone/yearistype

is executable. Looking at the file, the original name was yearistype.sh Perhaps
restore that name (and usage of the file), as the directory also contains a
.ksh file. When it will not be changed, I will simply filter out this file of
the before mentioned command.
