Corrections are made
For abday an day variables in LC_TIME, it is correct that the first day is
sunday: Willküru=Willka(Sun)+üru(day).
In LC_NAME, translations for mr, and mrs variables are given, there are
translation for miss (tawaqu), but it could be very informal in salutation.
The country_name variable now is in aymara phonology Bolivia=Wuliwiya as it
is used here https://ay.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wuliwya
