Hi,

For Kashubian locale (csb) there should be a minor change regarding spelling
variants of one month name and one month abbreviation. For month: instead of
"strumiannik" it should be "strëmiannik" and for month abbreviation instead of
"stm" it should be "str".

Patch with changes is included.
