[Bug localedata/3034] New: Incorrect data dor several Indic locales (bn_IN, or_IN, ml_IN, pa_IN)

There are several spelling mistakes in the following indic locales
bn_IN, or_IN, ml_IN, pa_IN

Names of days/months (full & abbriviated) are wrongly spelt in the locale file.
