glibc run-built-tests option

I want to say that the test binaries are created and also test binaries are run (near to 1125 test are success(ok) and few testcases failing)
This is not aligning with the naming-convention of the option and the information given in Makeconfig file for this option.

That's deliberate. The option is merely preventing running them, not
building them (and in some cases, analyzing the binaries).
