There are no plans to include this in glibc.  Applications should use
ICU instead.  Even our Gegorian calendar support is incomplete, we only
implement the proleptic Gergorian calendar.  It's also difficult to
switch localtime to calendars with more than 12 months or 31 calendar
days because that is likely to trigger out-of-bounds memory accesses in
applications.
