Support libnss-tcb

Hi.

Is it possible to add native NSS support for the TCB module to glibc?

By default, the library can be loaded from the `/lib/` folder. But in NixOS, all NSS
libraries are loaded only from /nix/store/_hash_-glibc-2.35-163/lib/, and it is not safe
to add a symlink to the tcb module there:
