Glibc 2.31 and kernel 5.10 compatibility consultation

No, on the main architectures, all recent glibc releases are compatible
with all kernels from Linux 3.2 at run time.  There might be some quirks
around building glibc itself due to header incompatibilities, but those
do not extend to run-time issues.
