GLIBC generating naked functions for syscalls

See the recent discussion about rewriting the system call wrapper
generation in Python on libc-alpha.  The syscalls.list files currently
do not contain sufficient type information to make that possible.

Do you want to work on the Python rewrite?

The only alternative I can see is not to use any of the auto-generated
system call wrappers and add a sysdeps override written in C for each of
them.
