what happened to /usr/share/i18n/locales/en_US ? where can i edit my locale?

On Fedora, you can run this command as root to install a file:

   dnf install /usr/share/i18n/locales/en_US

dnf will figure out automatically that this file is part of the 
glibc-locale-source package.
