fopen a special characterfile on vfat.

hi folks,

i am facing a strange situation where fopen fails on a vfat file
system , the same works for the ext2 file system.

the file name is 0x1212_0x2121_2001-2-2T4:3:2Z

did i missed anything?

i have done fopen(filename, "w");
it says invalid argument at perror.
