Should a large eh_frame section exist in libc.so.6?

Hey, gus. I found a patch to fix a problem of eh_frame in gcc mail list.
http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=40521

But after patching, the .eh_frame section in libc.so.6 is an almost
empty section of size only 4 bytes.
