nptl stack size

I have read https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=435337 and I 
doesn't agree.

There no way for the programmer to know the real size of the stack.
Even if we know that the guard size is in the stack, we don't know the 
size used by tls (or internal nptl usage) at the begining of the stack. 
And this can be big : several KB.
