incorrect double search paths w/ ieee754/ldbl-opt

This is similar to the problem I had with the powerpc-cpu add-on.

I added Implies in ./sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/*/fpu/

with refs to the native sysdeps/<cpu>/fpu dirs
