[PATCH] PPC ucontext checking

Added the ucontect checks for powerpc32/powerpc64. Because of levels of
indirection within the powerpc32 ucontext and the current structure of
tst-ucontext-off.c this patch does not verify all the register offsets.
If this is a concern we will need to work out separate tests for
mcontext offsets. Powerpc64 has a simular problem for the VMX registers
only.
