Fix warnings in idna.c

I just saw these warnings:

idna.c:445: warning: passing arg 1 of `strlen' from incompatible pointer type
idna.c:445: warning: passing arg 1 of `__strdup' from incompatible pointer type

Ok to commit the appended patch?
