check-abi for PPC64

I don't have a PPC64 gcc-3.2 tool chain immediately available that will 
build current cvs head (even -without-__thread).

Instead I can build with gcc-3.3 and -fno-zero-initialized-in-bss. This 
seems to work as advertised and allows check-abi to complete normally.
