[PATCH] s390-64 kernel_stat.h

Hi,
Andreas pointed out that the kernel_stat.h file for s390-64 contains
a very broken definition for struct kernel_stat. This wouldn't have
worked if the file had been used anywhere. It is not used anywhere,
so there is no point in keeping it.
