I'm up-to-speed again

Last week I spent almost all my time writing up everything there is in
the moment about the thread-local data ABI.  I'm making the document
available once it gets a bit more reviewed.

Today I caught up on the mail of the last 9-10 days.  I think all is
handled (except for the optimization to the i686 strcmp which I still
have to review).  If anything is missing resend it.  It's probably
somewhere in my big pile of mails but I won't find it.
