make clean does not clean all files...

Unfortunatly this did not help completely, I still have these files
after a make clean:

$ ls /builds/glibc/main/math/
m_copysignf.S  m_finitel.S  m_isinff.c  m_isnanl.c  m_modff.c    m_scalbnl.S
m_copysignl.S  m_frexpf.S   m_isinfl.c  m_ldexpf.c  m_modfl.c    m_signbitf.c
m_finitef.S    m_frexpl.S   m_isnanf.c  m_ldexpl.c  m_scalbnf.S  m_signbitl.c
