--whole-archive libc_nonshared.a in shared objects

Well, sure.  But e.g. libm doesn't reference anything but still winds up
with the references to __xmknod, __xstat, etc.  That's what I was saying.

So we are agreed that libc_nonshared.a should move after --no-whole-archive.
