2.2.5 plan

I don't have any critical bugs left in my inbox.  There are some old
reports which need investigating but there isn't anything which would
block a release.  So let's get 2.2.5 out ASAP.  If you have anything
let me know.  If I don't hear anything and find nothing myself I'll
put out pre1.
