Tests for libm-test

[Andreas Jaeger]

I'd like to add the following testcase to the testsuite, I noticed
that we didn't handle all cases in the testsuite yet.

After this patch has been applied, we might need to change some
deltas (not needed for my i686).

Ok to commit this patch?
