If you look at the linuxthreads changes I checked in earlier you'll
see that the <stackinfo.h> header is now required.  We need intimate
knowledge about the stack direction now.  So far the following
platforms for the file:

  alpha, x86, ia64, m68k, mips, ppc, sparc, s390

The port maintainers for arm, cris, hppa, sh (any others?) will have
to add appropriate files now.  I assume all but hppa have stacks
growing downwards but I won't add the files myself.
