Removed.
I believe the kernel <asm/unistd.h> should only export the system
call numbers to the user space and the user programs should use
syscall (__NR_xxx, .....)
In anycase, glibc 2.2 doesn't export __ia64_syscall. We should fix
it one way or the other. I prefer to fix the user programs.

Ulrich, I believe the consensus is to remove clone for ia64.
