next test release (5th)

   I hope to find the time to make the .95 test release over the weekend.
   Depending on how many reports we get this could very well be a release
   candidate and the following release could be final.

The Hurd seems to be OK right now.  Configuring with --enable-libio is
probably broken (I didn't test it for a while), but that's
experimental anyway.  I'd appreciate it if before the final release
you could give me a few days to check whether things still work
though.
