glibc 2.1.94 bootstraping

Hi,

With glibc 2.1.94 bootstraping without installed /usr/lib/crt*.o
files is not possible. The locale stuff needs them.

Is it possible to fix this so that we use the new glibc ones and
not old installed one ?
Can it make any trouble if we use crt*.o from glibc 2.1.x building
glibc 2.2 ?
