Warnings on sparc build

I've just started and have a script for it already, I'm just waiting
for Uli's "Go ahead".  

I guess the best solution would be if I move the files around
(including removal of soft-fp/configure) - and let you do the rest
(including changes to Makefiles[1]).  What do you think, Jakub?
Otherwise I can send you my script.

[1]  I can't just move soft-fp/sysdeps/sparc/sparc64/Makefile to
     sysdeps/sparc/sparc64/Makefile, those have to be merged and this
     has to be done manually.
