Problems with libstdc++ v3 and glibc 2.2

libstdc++ v3 wants _IO_file_xsgetn, _IO_wfile_doallocate and
_IO_no_init. Also it seems to want __libio_codecvt, but reference it
as __c_libio_codecvt. Can we fix them?
