DaveM explained why cmsghdr should not use socklen_t (basically because of
alignment issues for cmsg payloads), so I'm going to hack kernel to do
translation in separate area, but it would be good if glibc 2.2 worked with
earlier sparc kernels as well (and the patch won't slow anything down nor is
a hack IMHO).
