I took x86 as sample implementation and changed s390 accordingly. The
mmap2 system call itself works and mmap64 should be ok too.
Here is the patch:

        * sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/s390/mmap.S: Use mmap2 if it is present.
        * sysdeps/unix/sysv/linux/s390/mmap64.S: New file.
