[PATCH] A few more localedata updates

Hi!

Below are a few locales updated to the new format.
I've just tested they pass through localedef without errors.
Sorry about the de_DE int_currency_symbol again, but as localedef requires
it to be 4 chars, either de_DE has to be temporarily changed till you find
out or localedef has to stop requiring that, otherwise one cannot build
german locale.
More locales should follow shortly.
