tst-ctype.sh fails now

Hi Uli,

is \xa0 a graph or not?  tst-ctype fails now:

/bin/sh -e tst-ctype.sh /builds/glibc/20000609-main/
make[2]: *** [do-tst-ctype] Error 1

The problem is:

  Locale-specific tests for `graph'
    isgraph(' ' = '\xa0') is true
  Locale-specific tests for `graph'
  Locale-specific tests for `blank'
  Locale-specific tests for `blank'
  Locale-specific tests for `cntrl'
  Locale-specific tests for `cntrl'
  Locale-specific tests for `punct'
  Locale-specific tests for `punct'
  Locale-specific tests for `alnum'
  Locale-specific tests for `alnum'
  1 error for `de_DE' locale
