Why was sysdeps/sparc/Subdirs

Because `make dist' does not work otherwise.  We'll have to figure out
another for soft-fp.  It's really not necessary to have it as an
add-on.  The sysdeps tree in this subdir should be merged in the
normal sysdeps tree and the configure script should be removed.
