../include/dlfcn.h:14: warning: `regparm' attribute directive ignored

I tried to use Greg's current bounded pointer patches and failed (I
know it's not ready!).  But I've  noticed lots of these warnings:
../include/dlfcn.h:14: warning: `regparm' attribute directive ignored

The appended patch should fix this.  Is it ok to commit?
