Adding SH support to glibc-2.2 (2)

Thanks a lot for the patch.  I've applied it now to the 2.2 repository.

I've made only a few changes.  A few files in the sysdeps/sh/sh? 
hierachy were actually the same for both SH3 and SH4.  So I've moved
them up.  There are a few more files for which this should be possible
but I haven't done the work since I would like your input on this.  If
you don't anticipate these files to be different for the two
architectures please move them to sysdeps/sh or a subdir of it.
