One warning less - memchr

Hi Greg,
could you please check your builds that you don't introduce new
warnings into the code?
I've fixed the follwoing one now:
../sysdeps/generic/memchr.c:61: warning: function declaration isn't a prototype
The patch has been committed to CVS.
