Patches for building in sourcedir

Building the current glibc in the sourcedir and running make check
gives problems like:
/bin/sh -e tst-gettext.sh ../
tst-gettext: error while loading shared libraries: tst-gettext: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
make[1]: *** [do-gettext-test] Error 127
The problem is this rule:
do-gettext-test: tst-gettext.sh $(objpfx)tst-gettext
$(SHELL) -e $< $(common-objpfx) $(objpfx)
I'm appending a patch for this and similiar bugs.
Ok to install?
